It will be  a joy to have you come and participate in our annual conference. The aim of the conference is to inform, educate and inspire pastors, elders, spouses, and church staff to "Do Better, what we Do Best, Ministry. " It is my prayer that each of you will allow yourself to unwind and reduce the intensisty of daily schedules, pressures, and stress pastors and church staff so often experience.
